The MBIA Queens are the most visible external facing representatives of the mission of the Miss Black International program to the world. Our Teen, Miss, Ms., and Mrs. International Queens are responsible for creating positive impact and change worldwide , while advancing the goals and objectives of MBIA all while advancing their own individual global passion projects.

Our International Winners are contractual employees of MBIA. They have an amazing, hard, fun, and exciting job. They have a complete Year of Service that requires a lot of energy, positivity, professionalism, and courtesy while engaging in extensive travel, throughout the United States and World.

Each of our Queens work hand in hand with the CEO and Core Team to develop goals and execute their passion projects. The goal is for them to set goals, show initiative  and develop partnerships that extend way beyond their year of service.

In addition to their reign, they serve as national spokeswomen and fundraisers for Ambassadors of Change Incorporated, a nonprofit that helps create change in communities, states, and nations in the areas of Women Empowerment, Leadership Development, Health and Wellness, and Community Involvement.

Our Queens our International Speakers. They are women who have a willingness to change the lives of communities around the world, and women who have amazing drive and determination. They are self-starters and have the ability to connect with audiences around the globe.
