The Miss Black International Ambassador (Teen, Miss, Ms., & Mrs.) is more than a pageant—it’s a global movement. This program provides Black women from around the world with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to serve as ambassadors of change, empowering them to inspire and uplift communities, states, and nations.
These remarkable women are not just rising voices in their communities; they are trailblazers and advocates who tackle critical issues such as health disparities, poverty, violence, and challenges uniquely impacting Black communities. Through educational forums, impactful events, and strategic partnerships, they ignite change where it’s needed most.
Far beyond the spotlight, these women are role models to young Black girls and women everywhere. They collaborate with key political figures and global initiatives to amplify their platforms and bring tangible support to their causes. This isn’t just a competition—it’s a 365-day mission of service, leadership, and transformation.

Message from Our Founder and Interim Chairman of The MBIA Board of Directors-Patrice Harrison
Over 25 years in pageantry have led me to this moment. Eleven years ago, a group of remarkable women came together to create a new pageant, driven by the vision of uniting Black women to spark global change and impact our communities. Despite challenges—COVID included—our organization has endured, standing as a testament to resilience and purpose. As we move forward, my prayer remains that we never lose sight of our mission: to Encourage, Empower, and Enlighten communities, states, and nations. Our goal has always been to positively transform the lives of the women who grace our stage, equipping them to change the world—with or without a crown. The Miss Black International Ambassador (MBIA) pageant has always been about more than a sash or title. We are game-changers, advocates, and women on a mission. As we welcome a dynamic new team to carry the organization into the future, we honor the legacy of the past while embracing exciting opportunities ahead. Join us and experience the difference.
