It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as Executive Director of an organization dedicated to celebrating the leadership, accomplishments, and global impact of Black women. As an entrepreneur, author of Hey Sis! I Got You!, and founder of The S.W.A.E. Foundation, my life’s work has centered on creating platforms that empower women, uplift communities, and inspire purpose-driven leadership. The Miss Black International Ambassador program was established to provide a global stage where women can confidently share their stories, champion meaningful causes, and represent their communities with excellence and pride. Our ambassadors represent far more than beauty and elegance. They embody resilience, leadership, cultural pride, and a commitment to service. Through this program, we are cultivating a powerful sisterhood of women who are using their voices and platforms to create meaningful change in their communities and around the world. MBIA is more than a pageant, it is a movement that celebrates culture, leadership, and the limitless potential of women who dare to lead with purpose.
